Curve Coffee Store, located at 6 Beollang 6-gil, Jeju City, is a must-visit café for anyone looking to enjoy a stunning ocean view with their coffee. This three-story café offers breathtaking views of the sea from every floor, making it the perfect spot for a relaxing break. I recently visited and tried their Cinnamon Cream Latte, Americano, and Strawberry Latte. Here’s my review of the café and the overall experience.
Curve Coffee Store is tucked away in a peaceful alley in Jeju City, offering a calm, serene atmosphere with incredible ocean views. The café is conveniently located, and parking is easy as there’s a parking lot just across the street. This is a big plus, as parking can often be a hassle in Jeju’s popular areas.
The café occupies a three-story standalone building, with each floor offering beautiful views of the ocean. The entire space is designed to be modern and cozy, making it a great place to unwind and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. It’s a bit off the beaten path, so it’s perfect for those who want to avoid the more crowded, touristy spots.
The Cinnamon Cream Latte was a perfect blend of creamy goodness with a hint of cinnamon spice. The cream was smooth and rich, with the cinnamon adding just the right amount of warmth to the drink. It was sweet but not overpowering, making it a delightful choice for anyone who loves comforting flavors. It’s a drink I’d definitely recommend if you’re looking for something cozy and indulgent.
The Americano was a straightforward and clean-tasting cup of coffee. It was smooth, not too bitter, and had a pleasant, balanced flavor. For those who prefer their coffee without any frills, this Americano is a great choice. It was the perfect complement to the scenic view, providing a simple yet satisfying coffee experience.
Lastly, the Strawberry Latte was a sweet and refreshing drink. The fresh strawberry flavor blended beautifully with the creamy milk, creating a balance between fruity sweetness and creamy richness. It’s an ideal choice for strawberry lovers or anyone wanting something light and refreshing. I could imagine it being even better during the warmer months.
Curve Coffee Store’s biggest charm is its three-floor standalone space, each level offering a view of the sea. Whether you sit on the first, second, or third floor, you’ll be able to enjoy a panoramic view of Jeju’s ocean. The large windows make the space feel open and airy, and the ocean serves as a perfect backdrop for a relaxing coffee break.
The interior is modern and sleek, with soft lighting and minimalist décor that gives off a calming vibe. It’s a quiet, peaceful place to enjoy coffee, making it great for reading, working, or simply relaxing. The café’s oceanview seats are a definite highlight, allowing visitors to sip their drinks while taking in the beautiful scenery.
However, one downside is that each floor is slightly small. While the café does offer seating across three floors, the space on each floor can feel a bit tight, especially during busy hours. So, if you visit during peak times, you might feel a bit cramped, and finding a seat could be challenging.
Curve Coffee Store is an excellent place to relax and enjoy the beauty of Jeju’s ocean while sipping on delicious drinks. Whether you’re craving a rich latte or a simple Americano, this café offers a serene, scenic escape from the hustle and bustle.
