Located in Seogwipo, Cots Cuppa is a café conveniently near the Jeju World Cup Stadium. Its exact address is 51 World Cup-ro, 1st floor, making it an easy stop for a break and coffee in the city. The café is famous for its French Toast and Signature Cots, but during my visit, I tried the Vanilla Latte and Flat White. Let me share my thoughts on the atmosphere, as well as the pros and cons of Cots Cuppa.
Cots Cuppa is close to the World Cup Stadium, making it a great place to visit after a workout or a walk. The exterior is clean and modern, and from the moment you step inside, you can feel the simple yet sophisticated atmosphere. The café has a European-style terrace, which is one of its standout features. With beautifully arranged tables and chairs, it’s the perfect spot to enjoy your coffee on a nice day.
Inside, the décor is stylish and cozy, but the space is somewhat small. The number of tables is limited, so it fills up quickly. However, the attention to detail in the décor and the comfortable, welcoming vibe make it a pleasant place to spend time.
The Vanilla Latte I ordered had a smooth and sweet flavor that was just right. The subtle vanilla aroma combined with the creamy milk foam created a delightful balance of sweetness and coffee richness. It wasn’t too sweet, making it a great match for desserts, and the vanilla flavor wasn’t overpowering, so it’s a good choice for those who want a slightly sweeter coffee.
The Flat White was perfect for those who prefer a stronger espresso flavor. It had a nice balance of milk and coffee, with the rich taste of espresso shining through. It’s a great option if you want a more intense coffee experience, and I found it especially satisfying as a morning drink.
Cots Cuppa is known for its European-style terrace and aesthetic interior. The terrace is ideal for enjoying coffee outdoors, with a charming setup that makes you feel like you’re at a cozy European café. The vintage-style tables and chairs are beautifully arranged, making it a great spot for taking Instagram-worthy photos. Inside, the warm lighting and wooden furniture create a relaxed atmosphere, and every little detail in the décor has been carefully curated.
However, the indoor space is limited, which is one of the downsides. The café can get crowded, making it difficult to find a seat, but the outdoor terrace is a great alternative when the weather is nice.
The coffee at Cots Cuppa is priced between 5,000 and 7,000 KRW, and their signature French Toast is around 16,000 KRW. It’s a place where you can enjoy high-quality coffee and dessert, with a well-rounded menu to choose from depending on your preferences.
Many bloggers highlight the European-style terrace and aesthetic interior as the main pros of Cots Cuppa. It’s a café where you can experience a European vibe right in the middle of the city, which makes for a special experience. The coffee is also highly praised for its quality, with many bloggers recommending it for coffee lovers.
On the downside, the indoor space is limited, and with the café being popular, it can fill up quickly. Many have noted that finding a seat can be difficult during busy times, so you might need to wait or opt for outdoor seating.
The biggest pros of Cots Cuppa are its European-style terrace and aesthetic interior. It’s a great place to enjoy a relaxing time, especially when the weather is nice. The interior is thoughtfully designed, creating a cozy atmosphere that makes it easy to unwind. The coffee is also excellent, and I highly recommend it for any coffee enthusiasts.
The limited indoor space is the main downside. During busy hours, finding a seat inside can be challenging, and it might feel a bit crowded. However, the outdoor terrace is a lovely alternative, so I recommend sitting outside when possible.
If you’re in Seogwipo, be sure to check out Cots Cuppa for its European-inspired terrace and delicious coffee. It’s a must-visit if you’re looking for a stylish and relaxing café experience!
